Our Policy

Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or refunds — but we’re committed to making sure you love what you receive.• Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges in the following cases:
-You accidentally ordered the wrong size
-You selected the wrong quote, verse, or text
-There was a mistake in the order details on your end and you’d like to fix it
We get it — mistakes happen! If you reach out within 7 days of delivery, we’ll help you sort it out and send a replacement once the original item is returned in unused condition.
⚠️ Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchangeable items.
If We Messed Up
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error on our end, we’ll make it right immediately. Just contact us with a photo and description of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
– Preference changes (e.g., different color, style, or wording after delivery)
-Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
-Custom orders where details were approved by the customer at checkout
Each product is created specifically for you based on the options selected at the time of purchase. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout — this helps us serve you best!
